Lavender Asian Bistro opened its doors in November 2003. Since its opening, owner James Wang has been serving Gwinnettians with a variety of savory Szechuan Chinese and Thai dishes.

The menu features nightly specials that tantilize the tongue. Some of the guests' favorite dishes are the Crispy Beef, Crab Rangoon and Green Tea Ice Cream.
