“Four years ago, we realized we had out grown our previous salon and started looking for something bigger, which is how we found our current location,” said Mary Blair.
The Blairs offer top-notch service to their clients by adding special touches like complimentary beverages and flexible hours. “Our clients are very loyal and many have become good friends,” Mary Blair added. “We have eight stylists—most of them have been with us since the beginning. We feel that this is one of our strongest selling points, especially in the hair salon industry.”
They credit some of this customer loyalty to their referral program they offer their clients called the Hot Ticket. For every client that refers a friend to their salon, the client receives $10 off their next visit. Also, all first time clients receive $10 off the service they receive that day. They also now provide their clients with a new incentive called The Gather card program where each $100 purchases one free product.
